I love WordPress. I have bookmarked and delicioused so many sites related to WordPress, that even with tags and all I was having trouble organizing the information. I realized I needed some kind of database system for cross-referencing sites, but since I don’t know how to build a database, I decided to use WordPress itself to organize the information.
I have tried to keep the number of categories small, so that you can easily browse through the collection of plugins, themes, etc. I instituted the use of tags so that you can look up more specific pieces of information.
Who am I?
My name is Miriam Schwab (see me on facebook, twitter and LinkedIn), and I am the CEO of illuminea. We provide English content services to Israeli businesses. The Israeli economy is heavily based on export, especially in the hi-tech sector, and Israeli business owners understand the importance of quality marketing material in maintainting their competitive edge.
We have been offering web sites as part of our services, but until now the sites have been static. I started a blog for my own business, illuminea blog, at the end of November 2006, and quickly learned to appreciate the power of blogging, quality content, and especially WordPress with all its search engine-pleasing features. As a result, we no longer offer static sites, and offer sites/blogs built on the wonderful WordPress platform.
